3) Energising the East – 17 April 

This Marine Science and Technology Sector Council event will look at the new technologies revitalising the UK’s offshore energy supplies. 4) Understanding Research Tax Credits

5) Hornsea 3 Community Fund

Ørsted has committed to providing c.£700,000 each year for the next 10 years to a Community Fund. This is part of its community engagement programme for its Hornsea 3 offshore wind farm. 6) Rethinking Innovation

7) Norfolk college shortlisted for training award

East Coast College in Great Yarmouth has been shortlisted for ‘Training Partner Skills Champion of the Year’ in the Enginuity Awards 2024. This is for its Skills Bootcamps, developed with the New Anglia Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering (NAAME) group to meet the needs of local employers.
